OK, maybe that’s a slight exaggeration - but I have lived with anxiety my whole life and been through many significant stressors. I know how it feels to be stuck in survival mode, feeling on edge, never good enough, and constantly worried. Do you:

For me, I was living on meds for anxiety and depression, and knew I had to change things. My journey can now benefit you - since I know firsthand how to climb up from a low point, I’m uniquely positioned to help you do the same and shortcut your time and wasted efforts.
My passion is helping people overcome overwhelm and reduce stress using sustainable tools to feel happier - regardless of what’s going on around them. My mission is to teach as many people as possible the life-changing tools that create happiness and inner peace from within.
You can be confident that I am up-to-date with the latest research, well-versed in Polyvagal Theory, and evidence-based tools. I love working with men and women of all ages, from teens & 20-somethings struggling with anxiety to corporate executives going through burnout.
