OK, maybe that’s a slight exaggeration - but I have lived with anxiety my whole life and been through many significant stressors. I know how it feels to be stuck in survival mode, feeling on edge, never good enough, and constantly worried.

I knew I had to change my trajectory and unlock my happiness, and since I know firsthand how to climb up from a low point, I’m uniquely positioned to help you do the same. My passion is now helping people to get out of overwhelm and learn sustainable tools on how to feel better.
